Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat. Provide comprehensive information about our products and services, addressing and resolving concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Problem Resolution: Quickly identify customer needs and work towards satisfactory solutions, collaborating with internal teams for more complex issues, and ensuring follow-up for resolution and satisfaction.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Accurately maintain detailed customer records and document all interactions and resolutions in DVI.
- Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to offer informed guidance to customers.
- Communication: Use your excellent communication skills to convey complex information in an understandable manner, enhancing the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside various departments to improve customer service processes and share insights from customer feedback.
- Adherence to Policies: Comply with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards, including adherence to a rotation schedule.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and inquiries, achieving or exceeding performance expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in training and provide feedback on processes to help refine our approach to customer service.
- Order Processing: Ensure accurate and efficient processing, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, coordinating with the Customer Service team to streamline operations.
Who You Are:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- You bring proven experience in customer service or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Your communication skills are exceptional, capable of delivering clear and concise information both orally and in writing.
- You're adept at working both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of empathy and patience.
- Familiarity with customer service software and DVI is advantageous.
- You are calm under pressure, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Lens Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections to identify any imperfections, using precision tools to ensure they meet our exacting standards.
- Quality Enhancement: Apply polishing and buffing techniques for a flawless finish, correcting cosmetic defects and ensuring lenses are aesthetically pleasing.
- Lens Edging and Mounting: Precisely edge and mount lenses into frames, ensuring perfect alignment and fit.
- Quality Control Documentation: Keep detailed records of your processes and findings, contributing to our continuous improvement.

Job Summary:
This position is in a manufacturing environment that processes prescription eyewear lenses.
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Perform General Physical Activities that require use of whole body, like lifting, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
- Communicating with Supervisors, and peers to provide information by written form, or in person.
- Working with dyes and equipment to tint lenses as ordered.
- Work with delicate optical lenses after final inspection and package them for shipping out.
- Work with machines to edge and finish lenses as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols
- Follow lab processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.
- Meet and exceed production goals without sacrificing the quality of products.
- Keeping work area clean, and clean common areas as assigned.
- Perform other duties as requested to support the department or lab as needed.
